Get The Look: Emily In Paris - The Exact Products Used By Lily Collins For That Je Ne Sais Quoi Look

Just about everybody has watched Netflix's Emily In Paris by now and whether you watched it for the beautiful Parisian scenery or for Lily Collins there is one thing we can all agree on. Emily Coopers makeup looks were gorgeous and we need to know what products she used ASAP. Miss Makeup has collected all the information about these products from the makeup artists themselves so keep reading the article to find out!

Aurelie Payen is the makeup artist who worked on Emily In Paris and she recently shared all of the beauty tips she used on Collins for the show. The main inspiration for the look was 'je ne sais quoi' also known as French girl beauty, which is a popular makeup technique that is both pretty and natural. "French-girl beauty is effortless during the daytime, but a bit more sophisticated in the evening. French girls always like to highlight [their] lips or eyes for a party — rarely both at the same time!" Payen states while detailing how she achieved Emily Cooper's glowing complexion. A mix of Barbara Sturm Glow Drops and Chanel foundation was used for a flawless but dewy look.

Eyebrows were one main part of constructing Emily Coopers makeup look. The structured full brows were a nod to Audrey Hepburn timeless beauty looks but are also a staple in actress Lily Collins regular look. The best way to achieve this same look is to use a strong hold brow product such as the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze to keep brows in place while also creating a lifted look. Be sure to use a thin brow pencil to fill in any sparse gaps and achieve an overall fuller look. A bottle of Anastasia Beverly Hills Clear Brow Gel was always handy on the set of Emily In Paris according to Payen.

If you noticed anything about Emily's makeup looks throughout the show, it would be her lip colour. The colours were intended to change throughout the series depending on her comfort in Paris and overall confidence. "For the daytime makeup lips, I chose the pink tones, going from pinkish brown to a deep pink and finally a beige," Aurelie Payen told Seventeen magazine. The most notable lip colour used for Emily is a combination of Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk and MACs Velvet Teddy lipsticks. In one of her earliest looks, she sports MACs Whirl for a cool brown toned look. Perhaps the most notable and buzz-worthy lipstick is the red Emily wears to the ballet. It has been revealed by Payen that it is the Sephora Lip Cream in 01 Always Red which is only $20 AUD
